Website chat: test page

This page exists only so you can try the chat end to end. It is not linked from any live site.

How to test

  1. Click the chat bubble in the bottom right of this page.
  2. Ask something real, for example "how much to replace a hot water system?" or "my power keeps tripping".
  3. The AI answers from the knowledge base. Try the quick buttons: Speak to a human, Book a service, Get a quote.
  4. Watch it land in the console the CSRs use (link below). Press Refresh if you do not see it straight away.

Try an escalation

Type something with an emergency phrase, for example "I can smell gas near the meter". The chat is flagged for a person automatically, no model involved, and shows a red ESCALATED tag in the console.

Then reply as a human from the console: send a message and the AI steps back for that conversation.

Test attribution

Open this page with a fake click id: ?gclid=test-gclid-123. The chat carries it through, which is what feeds ServiceTitan attribution.
